Bloore, Ronald
(1925-2009)Ronald Bloore was born in Brampton Ontario, 29th may 1925. He passed away on 4th september 2009. He was Director of the Mackenzie Art Gallery of Regina in 1958. He met Barnett Newman in 1959. He organized an exhibition in 1960 with other painters . This group was called Regina Five. Public collections. National Gallery of Canada; Art Gallery of Ontario. Exhibitions at National Gallery of Canada in 1963 and 1993: Tate Gallery of London in 1964; Vancouver Art Gallery in 1963.
